his apartment, located in a newly constructed building, has undergone a complete renovation, including updated finishes, new plumbing and electrical installations, and custom-made furniture to maximize the efficient use of space.
The cohesive color palette is centered around shades of green and wood accents, creating a warm, natural atmosphere. Black metal elements tie the composition together, adding a subtle contrast and a masculine touch. Additionally, we incorporated decorative paint that mimics microcement, providing a modern, textured finish to the entire space.
