The interior design of this approximately 120-square-meter house started from scratch, allowing our studio to intervene in the electrical and plumbing layout as well as in selecting all finishes.

The living room of this two-story house (P+1) is designed in a modern, minimalist, and cozy style, emphasizing natural materials and warm textures. The chosen color palette is dominated by neutral and warm tones such as beige, white, and natural wood accents, complemented by the deep green of the sofa.

The dining area and living room are subtly defined through the arrangement of furniture and textures while maintaining an open and airy spatial flow.

The central island features an interesting contrast, with a terracotta-colored base that brings a warm and modern accent. The island serves multiple purposes, being used both for meal preparation and as a social space for dining or interaction. The golden accents of the lighting fixtures add a touch of subtle elegance.

The master bedroom is designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The white walls are complemented by a wooden panel behind the bed, serving both a decorative and functional role.

A black floor lamp and a suspended light fixture add subtle contrast, enhancing the minimalist design. The furniture is kept to the essentials, with integrated bedside tables built into the wooden panel, maintaining a clean look. The wall art brings a touch of personality to the space.
