The renovation project comprehensively targeted the 110 sqm ground floor of a residence, with the primary objective of redefining the living area. The design focused on a masculine color palette, strategically complemented by metallic accents, intended to give the space depth and a contemporary feel. The result is a harmonious blend of functionality and refined style, with a cohesive and visually captivating aesthetic.

This transformation went beyond mere aesthetics; it created a highly adaptable and efficient space, designed to accommodate a multitude of activities while maintaining an open and inviting atmosphere. Through the meticulous delineation of distinct zones, each endowed with its own character and purpose, the owner's lifestyle was not only integrated but also enhanced through the design.

A central element of the layout is the dedicated display spaces, specially designed to highlight the owner's action figure collection. Sleek, clean-lined shelves and strategically calibrated lighting, carefully set to accentuate every detail, transform each piece into an essential component of the interior narrative, giving the room a distinct character. The display ensures that each figurine is precisely exhibited, becoming an intrinsic part of the ambiance.

The space is visually anchored by the blueprint of a DC Comics character's car, a custom creation by the architect, which resonates with the adjacent figurine collection, solidifying the aesthetic narrative.

The owner's passion for music inspired the creation of a dedicated area, a sanctuary for musical instruments and sound equipment. This design decision directly addressed the desire to harmoniously integrate interests and hobbies into a residential setting, transforming a simple room into a vibrant focal point of sonic creativity. Consequently, the space was conceived as an extension of the owner's personality and musical aspirations.

The TV area stands as the entertainment epicenter of the home. Equipped with a generous screen and a high-fidelity audio system, it promises an immersive experience. The furniture, precisely arranged around this core, is optimized to provide maximum comfort and functionality, creating the ideal setting for movie nights or relaxing viewing sessions.

The kitchen completes the overall picture with varied monochrome textures, adding a touch of tactile and visual elegance, making it both attractive and practical for daily activities.
