In this urban residential project, the design seeks to achieve a subtle balance between everyday functionality and understated elegance, expressed through clean lines, tactile and sensorial materials, and a carefully orchestrated play of light. Thus, simplicity is not merely an aesthetic gesture but an active tool for creating well-being.

The living area is open and welcoming, yet defined by a rigorous composition, tactile refinement, and discreet balance. Vertical wooden panels, installed against a backdrop of mineral plaster with a raw finish, generate a sculptural rhythm that gives depth and identity to the space.

The modular sofa, in a neutral shade, creates a natural dialogue with the anthracite grey drapes, shaping an elegant yet warm and comfortable atmosphere.

The dining area unfolds as a natural extension of the living room, where the interplay of light—created by circular pendants and illuminated niches—brings depth and refinement. These lighting accents are subtly complemented by the layout of technical spotlights.

We enjoy drawing inspiration from the energy of each client—in this case, their joy and playfulness—to create conscious spaces where authenticity takes shape.

The entry hall maintains the same warm simplicity and understated elegance through matte surfaces, fine slatted details, and integrated furniture in pale tones. Sliding doors with frosted glazing and a metal frame introduce a touch of industrial refinement without disrupting the coherence of the composition.

Order and calm are supported by discreet storage solutions perfectly integrated into the furniture’s architecture, contributing to a sense of visual clarity and mental freedom.

The compact kitchen exemplifies empathetic minimalism, where functionality is complemented by sincere attention to detail. Matte finishes in a palette of tactile hues create a calm, balanced atmosphere. Subtle ambient lighting, integrated under the upper cabinets, adds visual depth while highlighting the wall’s texture and the clarity of the design lines.

The bathrooms reflect the same coherent, refined approach, each space treated with meticulous attention to texture, light, and proportion. The first bathroom relies on a sophisticated contrast between matte graphite surfaces, a sculptural black basin, and a background of vertically arranged white tiles with subtle rhythm. The composition conveys a strong, sober character, suggesting a masculine presence in the balanced space.

The second bathroom stands out through a warmer color palette and more organic shapes, with fine details that add a subtle feminine touch. Natural wood, used around the toilet area and in the built-in furniture, contributes to a warm, orderly atmosphere while maintaining a sophisticated aesthetic.

The space is not only functional but also emotional. We have created warm, comforting sensory experiences through subtle plays of indirect light, tactile textures, and balanced colors, offering an environment that reduces visual stress, encourages presence, and invites relaxation.
