The apartment has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a usable area of 90 sqm. It is a holiday apartment and belongs to a family with two children.
The apartment impresses with the floating effect it offers to those who step inside. The infinite sea view is highlighted by the large glazed areas, creating the sensation of a home suspended above the water.
The uniqueness of the location and the layout has created a bright space that seems to celebrate a feeling of freedom and tranquility.
The apartment harmonizes with its unique context, offering not just a refuge, but an experience – one that allows a deep connection with the soul of the sea.
We made the most of the natural light that seems to flood both the living area and the bedrooms, highlighting the shine of metallic accents and the fine textures used.
The custom-made furniture allowed me to optimize the available space, creating more storage areas, which are so necessary in a home.
The color palette is limited to warm tones, occasionally contrasted and balanced by blue accents.
The entrance area is separated from the kitchen by a slatted panel, which serves both an aesthetic purpose and enhances the privacy from the outside when the door is opened.
The elegance of the kitchen comes from the dark colors, subtle details, and high-quality materials used in the design of the furniture, all emphasized by the ambient lighting system. The golden accents found throughout the apartment enhance the overall sense of luxury.
The kitchen extends into a dining area, a “floating” bar. The intention was to create a dining space that does not obstruct the sea view while still maintaining its functional role.
The living room is marked by the image of migratory birds returning to our lands with the arrival of the warm season.
It was a challenge to work with the minimal dimensions of the master bedroom, but with the help of mirrors, I was able to offer a sense of space and much more light. The upholstered headboard in a shade of blue represents a reflection of the stormy sea, whose waves seem to symbolically enter the room.
The secondary bedroom is immersed in a warm, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere. Here, the earthy tones evoke the image of sun-scorched sand.
Aesthetics and functionality have been brought together in perfect symbiosis, creating the overall design concept of the apartment.
