The arrangement of the apartment in Cotroceni reflects a mature vision of the balance between functionality and aesthetic, proposing a contemporary, well proportioned and designed to respond to both the requirements of daily dwelling and the need for visual expressivity.
From the entrance, the space impresses with the coherence of the materials and the clarity of the compositional language, the hot wood being present both at the level of the floor and on the fronts, drawing a tactile and visual continuity between the rooms. Textura sa contribuie la definirea unui fundal neutru dar sofisticat, în care inserțiile de metal, sticlă și elemente vegetale devin accente discrete, dar esențiale.
The kitchen is a focal point of the arrangement, being fluid in the living area. The bodies of front furniture, finished in dark tones, are balanced by the upper volume made of fronts in a brushed gold tone, light wood, accentuated by a black metal suspension, which hosts decorative plants and highlights the vertical axis of the space. The composite countertop, with subtle integrated LED lighting, emphasizes the island's geometry and creates a warm atmosphere, without compromising functionality.
The living area is clearly structured, but also preserving the fluidity of circulations. The suspended furniture, with vertical branching details of glass and accent lighting, introduces a visual rhythm that contributes to the amplification of the sensation. The neutral shades, carefully chosen, create a relaxed atmosphere, and the vegetable accents and natural textiles contribute to the balancing of the composition.
The bedroom follows the same formal and chromatic logic. The furniture is compact and integrated, avoiding visual overload. The matte finishes and the luminaires suspended at different heights add dynamism and coherence. The mirrors are strategically placed to capture natural light, especially in the dressing area, where the compartmentation is effective, and the simple lines dominate.
The bath continues the aesthetic language of the whole apartment through natural materials, neutral tones, clear volumes. The shower area is delimited by a transparent glass screen, without visible profiles, maintaining a clear and fluid perception of the space. The suspended furniture and white washbasin make up a minimalist, but well proportioned image.
Another valuable element of the apartment is the terrace, generous and visually framed by a plated wall with a vertical wooden ripening, which tempers the light and adds the outer composition. Discreetly furnished, this becomes a natural extension of the living area, ideal for relaxation or socialization.
Lighting is treated as an integral part of the interior architecture. From the LED bands that highlight the volumes, to the suspended bodies with graphic design, all the elements contribute to the accentuation of the compositional lines and to the definition of the atmosphere. Especially in the kitchen and dining, lighting contributes to the outline of coherence and functionality.
Overall, the arrangement proposes a mature aesthetic, in which the balance between textures, colors and volumes generates a space with a clear identity, but open to personal interpretations. The integration of the storage spaces, the use of natural materials and the treatment of light carefully make this apartment a contemporary, functional and welcoming home, but with character.
