This interior design project delivers a coherent intervention in a developer-finished apartment, aiming to redefine spatial functionality and expression through a contemporary architectural language that emphasizes minimalism, industrial accents, and carefully curated details.

The main living area is conceived as an open-plan space integrating the living room, workspace, and dining area. Subtle zoning is achieved through differentiated flooring and furniture layout. A decorative exposed brick wall serves as a focal point, introducing depth and texture into a neutral-toned setting. Within this framework, a suspended storage unit, a minimalist desk, and a sculptural, mask-shaped chair offer both function and an artistic counterpoint.

The modular sofa, upholstered in dark hues, provides flexible seating arrangements and is paired with a glass-top coffee table with a black metal frame, maintaining spatial transparency. Generous glazed surfaces with horizontal blinds ensure optimal daylight intake while enabling fine control over privacy and atmosphere.

The master bedroom continues the project's visual logic, balancing minimalism with tactile warmth. Matte finishes, soft fabrics, and layered lighting create a serene environment. The fully upholstered, pleated headboard adds a tactile focal point, while side-mounted mirrors expand the perception of space and enhance luminosity. Black accents – from handles and faucets to lighting fixtures – unify the design language across rooms and emphasize architectural geometry.

Material and finish interventions enhance the existing construction without disrupting its logic. Custom furniture, decorative panels, and wall treatments contribute to a balanced ambiance where function meets expression.
