Concept: Function and transparency
The project is a constant redefinition of a prestigious location , Esplanada in Bucharest. It combines all of the conditions for a optimum functionality through both consistent representation of spaces required by the fundamental institutions of law and the transparency of the legal act, symbolized here, by the materials used to produce energy efficient facades. Q4 is a proposal of strategic organization and efficiency of justice insitutions, its design is minimalist with a compact volume. The essential architectural concept strictly responds to the functional and technological requirements of the XXI century, offering users greater comfort.
