Authors’ Comment

In the prestigious historical city centre of Constanta, a new building is about to be risen. The small apartment building will be composed by two distinct volumes connected by an open air stair and a balcony that can be used by the both apartments of the floor; one volume will have 4 levels, the other 5, and will house one apartment per floor. The building will be an architectural intervention in an historic site, using materials and an overall scale fit to the area.
