The Molson Coors office design was created surrounding the company’s profile from an internal point of view most employees being young. Combining elements of street art with beer production, the design maintains broadly an industrial style, highlighted through the glass partition geometry and custom made items (lighting fixtures, ceiling installations, non-structural partitions). At the opposite end, the relaxation areas were conceived based on the idea of an urban garden. Another point of attraction is the cafeteria. Similarily to sports bars, once the work program is over, employees can drink beer or play pool, during what is known as ‘Happy Hour’.
