The concept implemented in the offices of CBRE was generated after a careful analysis of the way in which communication skills and innovation, two characteristics of the customer's brand, could be expressed graphically.
The "Green Thunder" is based on the combination of a symbol of intellect and creativity (lightning), representative to the company's values, and a symbol of nature (green), which expresses the active involvement of the customer in the sustainability framework. Being a metaphor of connectivity, the green thunder binds together all spaces both in circulation and at the level of perception.
Broken lines are users in the configuration partition as a way to enhance POIs. Flexibility and facility of communication led to the solving of spatial functionality.
