Authors’ Comment
The project is under the sign of the joining of the fronts
from 2 streets: Cotroceni Road and Zarea Street, the difference of
scale and regulation. Plastic modeling follows the alignment
trying to maximize the potential of the place. Proposed functions
are ground floor services and dwelling on the 3 floors. Assisted parking
facilitates the number of cars
of users. Upper openings hide a green space
developed on the terraced building so necessary in a mineralized area
and affected by noxes.
