Authors’ Comment
The real estate development on Viitorul Street is one
example of an administered habitat.
All investments fall under the imposition of a
continuous line of alignment for odd numbers
generated by the widening of the street to 4 lanes. Obligation to
keep in mind the neighbours blind walls, sun studies, accessibility
have determined compliance in the "L" of the building.Our concern was to create a bowl game in the street
to reduce the noise pollution generated in
especially by the noise of the train. The project proposes
apartments of 2,3 rooms on floors and a parking on 2
level solved flats with direct access from
the street.
